Cecelia holiday competition

Entry into the competition is your acceptance of these terms. Terms and Conditions of the carriers also apply.
This competition is promoted by HarperCollins Publishers and Black Tomato.
The prize consists of the winner’s choice of a trip to USA, South Africa, Angkor Wat or Thailand; the prize is for two people only, sharing a double or twin room throughout.
Regional supplements may apply. The prize does not include UK transfers or personal expenses.
Prize excludes international airport taxes, supplements, upgrades, travel insurance, visas, and other incidentals. The prize winners are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports (machine readable, with minimum 6 month validity beyond the return date, with at least 2 unstamped pages), travel insurance and the correct visas where necessary.
Entrants must be UK or Ireland residents and over 18yrs old. If the winner’s guest is below the age of 16, they must provide written parental consent to travel unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.
The winner will be selected at random from all correct entries received. Responsibility will not be accepted for damaged, lost or delayed entries and the winning decision is final.
The competition closes 23 July 2012 and the winner will be notified by 1 August 2012.
Travel is available up to the end of July 2013 (subject to availability) but excludes Christmas, New Year and Bank Holiday periods and once booked cannot be amended. Exclusion dates will be specified when the winner is notified.
The prize is subject to availability, non transferable, non-divisible and no cash alternative is offered. No warranty is given as to the quality of the prize.
Entries are limited to one per person and one per household.
No purchase is necessary.
Entrants accept that if they win, HarperCollins will have the right, without additional payment or permission, to use their name for the purpose of announcing the winner of this competition and for related promotional purposes.
Any dispute relating to this competition shall be subject to the laws of England and Wales and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
HarperCollins excludes all liability, so far as is permitted by law, which may arise in connection with this competition.
HarperCollins reserve the right to cancel the competition at any stage.
